Membership hold

Please complete the form below and we’ll be in touch soon to confirm your AR Membership Hold.

Terms: You acknowledge that you may place your Membership on hold at any time, with reasonable evidence provided to GYM. A Membership Hold:

  • Requires 7 days’ notice to GYM to come into effect

  • Can be applied to your Membership for a minimum of 14 days, in line with your GYM Membership debit date, and applied in blocks of 7 days thereafter if required

  • Will incur a $25 administration fee that will be applied to your account and processed on day 1 of your hold

  • Can be applied to your Membership for a maximum of two (2) months during a twelve (12) month term. Should your required hold be longer than this timeframe, your membership will be cancelled (see Cancellation policy).

  • Upon expiration of your Membership hold period, your direct debit schedule will automatically resume. Should you request to cancel your membership at the end of your hold, you acknowledge that your membership will be cancelled according to the Cancellation Policy.

If your request to hold your Membership is due to temporary physical/medical illness or incapacity, GYM reserves the right to request a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner.
